Julie Weaver said...: These are so easy to make, especially for b-day parties. You pour the batter into the cone and bake as usual, then...pipe icing when cooled to resemble a "soft-serve" and decorate with mini chips, sprinkles, a cherry on top, etc. YUM!; August 8, 2008 at 8:09 AM
