Claudia Wells - the original Jennifer from Back to the Future! She's got a very distinctive look.
But she wasn't in the sequels - that was Elisabeth Shue. They did a really good job re-shooting the old scenes in BTTF2 to replace Claudia with Elisabeth.
I've only seen that movie a hundred or so times...
Is it the chick from "Picket Fences", I think she was married to Jim Carey for a while...

I'm usually pretty good with the "guess who", but this one had me really stumped-nice work Chris F. and onemaidamilking! I would have never guessed.
