Since I have a DVR all I watch is Dora and the Upside down Show. I have honestly never seen that clip. First what's up with his/her arms...that's scary. but secondly, is it sad that I might plop the laptop in front of my 2yr old and play the clip to see if she actually allows the party to happen?
